Elementary School

Elementary students, parents and guardians, congratulations! This is your elementary "HomeRoom."

You are just one more step away from finding your teachers. They will be waiting for you on Microsoft Teams, and you get to Teams by going through our portal.

Just like regular school, your teacher is your main leader for everything related to instruction. Your teacher will tell you what to do and where to go for the resources you need. Here is a guide on how to get into your Teams classrooms.

Is use of technology challenging for your family or child?
Pre-kindergarten to fifth grade students who do not have access to technology can access instruction through bi-weekly learning packets. These packets are also available for students enrolled in exceptional education and on access points.

You can get these packets in one of three ways:

    1. You can pick up those packets at the elementary school most convenient to you between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. You do not have to go to your attendance school, and while you are getting your packet, you can also get your grab-and-go lunch.

    2. You can also get these packets at select school bus stops, along with the grab-and-go lunch. Be sure to check the bus schedule to determine when and where to meet the bus.

    3. You can also download and print those packets from the links on this page. Everything is organized by grade level. Feel free to explore all you want.

Your teacher will give you more specific directions in the Teams classroom.

    What an adventure this is!
We will all do our best if we enter this experience with a growth mindset. That means we know we can do this; we just have to keep trying until we figure it out. We all may face some struggles, and if we use those struggles to learn and to grow, this will be a very successful adventure for everyone!
