With six years of work experience in Bangladesh, I took a bold step — pursuing an С³óߣ at OHM Professional School to explore global business from a new perspective. The move from Bangladesh to Bavaria brought challenges: a new language, culture, and academic system. But it also opened doors to growth and self-discovery.

Today, I work at Diehl Metering, part of the globally positioned Diehl Group, as a Business Development Manager – Market Projects in the Business Development & Partners team â€” proud to be the first Bangladeshi woman in this role. OHM gave me the foundation to thrive in a global industry and the confidence to build an identity beyond labels.

I did it — I'm now officially an С³óߣ graduate (with excellence)!

It’s hard to put into words what this journey has meant to me. When I started my С³óߣ at OHM Professional School / Technische Hochschule Nürnberg, I was looking for more than just a degree. I wanted to stretch my thinking, challenge my assumptions, and grow not just as a professional, but as a person. There were late nights, unexpected curveballs, and moments of doubt — but also real breakthroughs, incredible conversations, and friendships I’ll carry with me for life.

Graduating with excellence is something I’m incredibly proud of, but more than the distinction, I’m proud of the process. The growth. The discomfort that led to clarity. The way this experience has shaped how I lead, think, and show up in the world. A huge thank you to everyone who walked beside me during this time — professors, classmates, mentors, family, and Markus, my ever-patient support system who I am beyond grateful to have shared this experience with. From caffeine-fueled all-nighters to balancing work, life, and everything in between, we’ve grown together, pushed each other, and celebrated each milestone. Now it’s time for the next chapter. I’m stepping forward with more tools, more perspective, and even more curiosity. Here’s to lifelong growth and purposeful leadership.

The graduation ceremony was a meaningful celebration — not just of academic achievement, but of collaboration, late nights, insightful debates, and personal development. A sincere thank you to the incredible team at OPS for guiding us through this С³óߣ journey and hosting such a memorable event.  As part of my С³óߣ thesis, I explored a topic deeply relevant to today’s world. The impact of COP28 decisions on OEMs in the energy sector — examining how global sustainability and climate policy initiatives translates into real-world challenges for industrial players.
Finally to anyone considering an С³óߣ: I recommend OHM Professional School / Technische Hochschule Nürnberg. It expands how you think, equips you with strategic tools, and connects you with people who challenge and inspire you.

My С³óߣ Journey - As I wrap up this extraordinary chapter, I find myself reflecting with deep gratitude and emotion.
Pursuing an С³óߣ was not just a personal milestone  — it was my mother’s dream. A dream I carried close to my heart through sleepless nights, endless deadlines and the balancing act between lectures and lullabies. I wanted my son to see his mother chase her goals — not perfectly, but passionately. But dreams like this aren’t built alone.
They stand on pillars — and mine were solid and unwavering.
