All kindergarten students that ride the bus must have a dismissal form on file for release from school.  Please take time to click on the link below to fill out the form for your kindergarten student.  As a bus rider, not only do you have to complete information online in your Focus Parent Portal, but you also need to have this form on file at the school in order for your kindergarten student to ride the bus.  We thank you in advance for your time in this matter.
