Principal Battest models a jacket made by the SEM Academy at Ed White High School. The SEM (Sport Entertainment Marketing) Academy makes all kinds of awesome school merchandise, from jackets and beanies to serving aprons for the school's own cafe! The students use embroidery machines and printers, keep track of merchandise, and collect data to learn what's involved in marketing a business, all facilitated by teacher Latoya Gaulden.
